Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
A beautiful country setting with amazing sunsets and starlit nights. The guest house is spacious, comfy and cozy. Totally private with a lockbox for the key. A full size kitchen with all you need for cooking. Or if you want to eat out or have food delivered, Florence is only 7 minutes away offering a brewery, restaurant or pizza place. No need to pack in water, our private well has the best water! Turkeys and deer meander through. The property is on 2.3 acres and borders 25 acres.

The space
Big sky country nestled in its own little valley here. Serene, peaceful, private country setting, located 30 minutes from Missoula and Stevensville not quite 15 minutes away. Both offer shopping, fine dining, hiking, rivers, breweries and more. Guest house has an open living room and kitchen area equipped with all the essentials including spices, and your own BBQ grill. Bedroom has a queen bed with tv should you want to watch a late night movie. Loveseat reclines and couch is super comfortable. All the comforts of home. Directv and Starlink Wi-Fi with desk for those who are working virtual.

Guest access
The guest house is all yours. Hot water on demand. Couch and reclining loveseat, both of which are very comfortable. A new kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, microwave,silverware, plates, cups, pots and pans, spices, tea, hot chocolate and popcorn. BBQ grill outside. All the necessities you need. Private well water is great! We have 3 cats and 1 dog. Our dog will be in our yard! The place is cat proof for those with allergies, so no cats in the house!! And I ask that you do not feed any of the animals. Please don't hesitate to ask if you need something. Thank you and enjoy!!

We love living in the Bitterroot Valley. It is absolutely beautiful here. There is so much to do, such as, hiking, fishing, hunting, horseback riding, dining out, golfing, concerts, movies, skiing, soaking at natural hot springs, small communities to check out, amazing sunsets and views of the mountains. Having Missoula only 23 miles away is so convenient not to mention the beautiful drive. Stevensville is located just 10 miles south with a variety of restaurants and access to river, hiking at the Lee Metcalf Wildlife Refuge and golfing. All these things, we enjoy!
