***This is NOT a party villa. We have neighbors here. In the daytime low-level music and after 10 pm NO Music.
A very spacious and comfortable, private villa, with all comfort. And a huge pool, a swim-up bar, and an infinity pool.
The villa is 8 minutes distance from center of town, where you will have shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars. In the mountains. 4x4 car is necessary

The space
Very spacious villa overlooking the ocean. Huge outdoor deck, large infinity pool, pool bar. This villa will be totally yours. A private pool, private villa, and a huge terrace only for you and your family or friends. Just as-is on the pictures.
The villa is located in the mountains from Coson, a very quiet place. No street noise or noise from neighbors. Only nature. The road up is a bit steep so a 4x4 car is necessary.
All bedrooms are facing the ocean. In the mornings you wake up and enjoy the ocean view. And in the evenings the sunsets.
Airconditioning in all bedrooms. Only in the bedrooms. Other rooms like salon or kitchen do not have AC.
***MUSIC RESTRICTIONS: you can not bring extra speakers in the villa. There is a Bluetooth speaker for free available. In daytime music normal level, night time lower level, and after 10 NO MUSIC ALLOWED. This is a new Las Terrenas regulation and can be fined till 100 USD each time by the police. music equipment, and other devices that make sounds are limited to no more than 65 decibels. Violation can bring fines up to RD $ 5,000.00 pesos, and/or arrest from the violators.
USE ELECTRICITY:
Electricity is NOT included. With check-in and checkout a picture will be taken of the electricity meter is located outside at the driveway. The difference will be calculated at 15 pesos per kwh. An average of around 5-10 USD a day. Depends mostly on use of the AC's.

The master suite is on the second floor. A large room with king-size bed, extra twin bed, large private bathroom with a bar between bathroom and bedroom, spacious shower and toilet, double doors which bring you to the terrace to for example enjoy a morning coffee and enjoy the fresh Caribbean breezes and ocean views. Large walk-in closet with a safe locker. Of course AC and fan here. And outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace.

Then 4 almost identical bedrooms on the first floor. Each one a spacious private bathroom, king bed, safe locker, and AC. All bedrooms open up to the huge terrace and pool area. All bedrooms have shutter windows, which you can close. Due to that, the AC's will give you normally enough cold air to keep comfortable but because of the type of windows it never can be really cold inside. The shutter type windows are Caribbean style windows, often used. Esspecially in villas in the mountains.

The Caribbean and outdoor and Villa WoW: like a small paradise. Many seating area's available, lounge corners, high tables, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, the pool bar inside the pool. And everywhere ocean and sunset view and fresh breezes. Of course outdoor dining under a nice terrace. Of course large-sized gas-bbq.

The kitchen (of course also oceanview!) with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals! Comes with plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals, an oven, stove, wine cooler, extra-large fridge, and extra spare fridge in the pantry.

The salon has a comfortable seating area in front of the flatscreen where Netflix is connected (14mb unlimited internet). In the bookcase a nice amount of books and also several family games. No AC in salon, only in bedrooms.

Covered carport directly in front of the main entrance. And large parking for at least 10 cars.

Areli does housekeeping. If you want here to cook or work later, you can arrange that directly with here. She cleans, assists in breakfast If you want dinner cooked, that is costing extra. You can arrange that directly with Areli, the maid.
Ricardo, our full-time caretaker lives on-site, next to the laundry in front of the parking area. He in fact is there all the time, cleaning up the pool as well.
Doing private laundry is NOT included. That is costing 650 pesos (or 10 USD) per each machine.

Beaches like Playa Coson are at 4 minutes by car. Playa Bonita beach with restaurants and surf clubs is at 5 minutes by car. Center town Las Terrenas where 2 large supermarkets are, at 7 minutes by car. And of course many beachfront restaurants and shops.
Guest access
The entire villa and pool area can be used except caretaker home and laundry. What you see on the pictures is what you get. A large 5 bedroom villa with a large pool (only for you and your family or friends) and a huge outdoor deck.
Caretaker lives onsite and maid comes in every day except sundays.
Caretaker has its own private space. Directly next to the entrance parking. He is living there.
the laundry, next to the caretaker home, is also not available for the guests. Areli, the maid, manages this space. The laundry has a washer and dryer.
Doing private laundry is NOT included. That is costing 650 pesos (or 10 USD) per each machine.

MAX NUMBER OF GUESTS is 12: Ensure total guests matches that on your booking. No unregistered guests are allowed in the villa unless authorized by management. Adults and kids count. Babies below 2 years old not.

CHECK-IN 4 PM and CHECK-OUT 11 AM: If you want early check-in or late checkout ALWAYS let me know to be sure that its possible. If we have same day new clients NOT possible.

The maid does daily housekeeping. She will also prepare for breakfast. Groceries need to be bought yourself. 2 large grocery stores (SuperPola and Lindo, a french one) are in the center town at 8 minutes' drive by car. If you want dinner cooked, that is extra. You can arrange that directly with Areli, the maid. She works every day minus sundays.
