The space
Located on beautiful 100 acer horse farm, fully finished bedroom with two full size beds and 1 single over a full bunk. A shared lounge with Wi-Fi, microwave, grill and mini refrigerator. Shared full size kitchen with breakfast table, stove, large fridge and sink. Shared bathroom with full size stand-up shower. Wash/hand and slob sink. Horseback riding available, please make request when booking. Lots of hiking trails with amazing views. Located 5 minutes from Greek Peak.

Guest are welcome to use lounge area with WIFI for office work & meals . Picnic table available on side of building and front yard. Hiking trails available.
The space is located within a finished barn, where I run my business out of during the day. The common area is SHARED with myself and my clients along with the SHARED bathroom and the SHARED kitchen. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, crockpot, charcoal grill. The bedroom has a washer dryer availability, an electric heater and wood stove that will be required during colder weather months. The bathroom has a toilet, hand sink, slob sink and stand up shower. The water is run off a well with lots of pressure and we just recently added a softener that has mostly eliminated the smell of sulfur. We recently added a bonus room for your kids to play, lots of toys games and books. This is a unique opportunity to stay on a real working horse farm. Absolutely No Cats, Dogs ok with additional fee, must be on leash and not left unattended in the building. While this space is located on a farm we work diligently to keep the space clean, please checkout with this in mind. We do not clean up after you during your stay so wipe your own counter tops and pick up your trash. We look forward to your stay with mutual respect for the area.

I can be reached by cell text or voice. Also live on premise so daily interaction is available but not always immediately as im out running the farm :)
