On the ground floor, there is a living room, well-equipped kitchen area; bathroom with WC/bath/sink; veranda with great view. The first floor offers 3 bedrooms, bathroom with WC/shower/sink, big balcony with amazing sea view.

Feel the charm of true Kefalonia relaxing at our lovely villa Gardenia surrounded by wonderful nature! It offers 3 bedrooms, a magical view from the veranda and balcony, nice cozy interior of a real Greek house.

The villa is designed for 6-7 people offering a comfortable layout and spacious rooms. Six of the guests can sleep in the beds and for 1 child we would prepare a camp-cot.

On the ground floor, there is a living room at your disposal, where all the guests will be able to gather and have a good time; well-equipped kitchen area with a dining table; a bathroom with WC, bath, washing machine and sink.

Beautiful veranda will let you relax enjoying wonderful view.

A nice wooden staircase leads to the first floor. Here, you will find 3 bedrooms: two of them offer two single beds, the third - a comfortable double bed.

For your convenience, there is another bathroom with WC, shower and sink on the first floor.

On the charming balcony of the first floor, you can sit nicely over a cup of tea or a glass of wine enjoying the magnificent view of the Ionian Sea.

Located just a few hundred meters from the center of the charismatic village of Spartia, the villa promises peace and solitude, while small shops and taverns are within a walking distance.

We will be glad to see our guests in the fish restaurant Isalos, owned by our family and located on the way to Spartia beach. We also are pleased to offer all our guests a FREE lunch at this restaurant upon arrival.

Down to the beaches, there is an asphalt road, which takes only 3-4 minutes drive to the sea.

In Spartia, you will find three beautiful beaches: sandy Klimatsias, where kids can safely splash in shallow water; wild, delightful Thermanti with amazingly clear water; rocky, picturesque Ema beach at Cape Liakas.

The road from the sea goes uphill, so we strongly recommend having a car. This will allow you not only to reach these beaches in 3-5 minutes, but also to visit other tiny colourful beaches and azure lagoons, which the south-west coast of Kefalonia is so rich with!

Sandy beaches are in 2000 m away from the house. Please, note, the car is necessary as the road back from the beach is going up to the hill. A wonderful coastline and shallow waters of the warm Ionian Sea are ideal for families with small children. The magnificent beaches of the town of Spartia - Klimatsias and Thermanti - will charm you with their beauty and pristine waters.

The nearest restaurant, mini-market, cafe are about 400 m away.

Do not skip a unique "Spa-Art-ia" gift shop in Spartia: it offers lovely hand made gifts that you will not find elsewhere in Kefalonia!

In Spartia, it is nice to just wander around admiring the picturesque houses and ruins of old buildings and churches enjoying the panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

We welcome you to Kefalonia and offer to enjoy your holiday in our cozy, very comfortable traditional Greek house! We love this home and are happy to share our love with you. Our small village of Spartia is very cute and charming with hospitable residents, nice houses, twined with flowering plants. Local beaches are lovely with picturesque coastline. We are sure, will love our beautiful house and amazing island of Kefalonia!
