I love to travel and experience new adventures. I started my short term rental business in 2019 as a vehicle to retirement from my day job. I accomplished that goal in December 2021 and now work in my STR business full time.

Kozy Accommodations LLC is a family run small business and based in Vancouver, Washington. We expanded to San Antonio, Texas in 2021 and continue to add properties to our inventory in both locations and beyond.

We partner with homeowners to offer short or mid-term furnished rentals. Our model is to provide the amenities of a hotel combined with the comforts of home. We strive to earn 5-star ratings from every guest and do so by providing excellent customer service, comfortable and safe accommodations, and several small extras that we hope will put smiles on the faces of every guest during their stay.
