The apartment is newly constructed, full of light and 1400 square feet. Perfect for a working professional or a family. Nice shared patio and large backyard to relax in.

Kitchen is brand new with counters and appliances. Equipped with countertop oven and induction cooktop.

Other things to note
While we have tried our best to insulate the apartment from sound, it is still a basement apartment, and as such will hear some movement from our family upstairs
