This newly renovated dog friendly 2BR penthouse apartment with sweeping views of the St. Lawrence makes the perfect weekend getaway. Stylishly furnished, this serene space features brand new beds, mattresses, luxury bedding, and AC to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. The bright and airy living space is divided into a small kitchen and a large living/dining area perfect for entertaining. This is a prime waterfront location in the heart of downtown Clayton above The Golden Cleat.

The space
Large loft-like space with open kitchen/dining/living area featuring spectacular panoramic views of the St. Lawrence River. The living room features a new queen sofa bed and love seat. The high speed internet connection is strong and reliable. The bathroom features a shower (sorry, no tub). There is a two floor walkup to the apartment from the street level. The layout of this apartment is a true 2BR. You do not need to walk through anyone's bedroom to get to the bathroom or the kitchen/living room. Each bedroom has a separate door to the common area making this layout is ideal for two couples traveling together. Free street parking in a lot two blocks away, including overnight. Daytime downtown street parking in the summer is metered. There is no balcony attached to the apartment but you may use the private outdoor tables and chairs on the waterfront side of the building. This is a dog friendly apartment. There is an additional pet cleaning fee of $100 if you bring your dog.
