This is a very nice apartment, built on the second floor of a local company in Columbus, MS. This apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a large living room area. Guests will need to travel through company warehouse to access apartment. There will be absolutely no large gatherings, or parties, on this property.

This apartment has a huge living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, full bath and plenty of space. Internet and TV are provided. There is also workout bikes, that can be used.

Large gatherings, parties and events are NOT allowed on the property. No more than two cars are allowed on the property. No more than five guests are allowed on the property.

Anyone traveling onto the property will be considered a charged guest. For each person over the number reserved (maximum 5) the renter will incur an additional $75.00 PER PERSON fee.

Each additional vehicle (maximum 2) that travels through the parking lot will be charged at $150.00 PER VEHICLE.

Any violation of this policy will be strictly enforced! Please know that you WILL NOT get away with violating this rule. There are over 20 HD CCTV cameras surrounding the facility. While these are meant for security measures, they have been, and will be used to enforce the NO PARTY rule.

This property has MONITORED cameras, MONITORED alarm system and a MONITORED fire system. If you are looking for a safe and quiet place to stay, this will be a great location. If you are looking to have a party, this location would be a costly mistake.

Property Rules
Be advised that there are two companies that operate out of the first floor. All hallways, offices and warehouse have video and audio surveillance. While there is no video/audio surveillance in the apartment, you will be recorded when you enter the warehouse area. Your vehicle will also be under surveillance, while parked.

Office personnel do have 24/7 access to the business area; however, they do not have access to the apartment. Similarly, apartment guests are not allowed to enter the business area, other than traveling to the apartment through the warehouse.

Guests are not allowed to hang out in the warehouse, and are not authorized to disturb, or touch, anything belonging to the businesses. Remember, you are being recorded while in the warehouse.

The office area and apartment area share in a fire alarm system. Be sure to NOT mess with any pull stations, smoke detectors, etc. Messing with this equipment will notify the fire department.

You may use the workout equipment in the apartment, but use at your own risk. These are NOT toys and anyone under 18 year’s old should not use or play with them.
