This historic cottage across the street from Lake Charlevoix was once a hardware store now turned into a cottage. Located within the small snowmobile friendly town of East Jordan. Boyne Mountain is nearby for skiing. Snowmobile/cc ski right from the cottage. Ice fish Lake Charlevoix or shop downtown. Coffee shop and restaurants are walkable. This is a renovated property with a colorful fun unique cottage feel. We hope you enjoy this house as much as we do :)

I grew up in Northern Michigan. I love exploring, mountain biking and making art projects. I’ve worked as a NPS Park Ranger and Conservation Officer and now own The Boathouse On Lake Charlevoix event destination. I enjoy traveling and spending time around the Great Lakes.
