The large deck off the back of the home is great for entertaining as well as the covered patio. With a fire pit and BBQ grill to help start the mood for a relaxing stay. Complete with full kitchen, laundry, 3 bedrooms- 2 up and 1 nonconforming down and 2 baths on the main level. The basement boasts a wonderful fireplace, pool table and fooseball table.

Keurig coffee station to start your mornings off right. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen also has a long farmhouse style table to accommodate a buffet style space.

Guest access
Entire house. 3 bedrooms 2 up and 1 nonconforming down and 2 bathrooms on the main level with washer and dryer. Main floor also has a full kitchen buffet style table and also a separate dining room. The living room boasts a 54 inch TV.
The basement has a pool table, fireplace and fooseball. There is a 3 rd non conforming bedroom. Guest also has access to the 2 car attached garage

Other things to note
2 car attached garage is possible use for smaller car.
