Exterior Security Camera:
The property has a surveillance camera placed by the front staircase. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in case of break-ins, and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectation of privacy.
A MINUT Monitor is on the fireplace mantel. It is required for all vacation home rentals in Lake Arrowhead. This monitor detects noise decibels, smoking, and fire and will alert me.
