4 minutes by car to Sonoma Plaza. Minutes to dozens of wineries. House has 3 beds, Master bedroom has a firm king size bed, large walk-in closet, while the 2 guest rooms each have a queen size bed. Each bedroom has their own TV. You will enjoy the privacy of this very large 1 acre lot that does not have neighbors looking over the fence (this is important when comparing homes). Enjoy your small gatherings next to the saline pool and hot tub. EV outlet. Fully stocked kitchen, blow dryers. High Speed Internet for Remote Work and Learning.
