This high ceiling apartment offers 800 square feet of space plus a 300 square feet balcony. Plenty of room for up to four people. Open floor plan, large bedroom and living room with startling view from every room and tons of natural light.

The space
This apt is very comfortable with central air/heat and hardwood floors throughout. The views of surrounding areas and mountains are spectacular. The balcony has ample room for breakfast, reading, enjoy the views or just kick-back and relax. There is a Samsung smart TV in the living room. The kitchen offers full cooking gear and refrigerator with filtered water and ice, microwave, stove with oven, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a premium Sealy mattress. An air queen size bed is available for extra guests. Great comfort for vacation or business travelers.

Guest will only have access to entire apartment located on first floor, excluding the garage as well as lower patio and deck area. Hosts lives in lower level of the property. Each unit has its own private entrance.

The property is situated on a safe and quiet cul-de-sac street bordering the Los Angeles neighborhoods of Eagle Rock, Highland Park, South Pasadena, Pasadena (Rose Parade City) and Glendale. Occidental College is only 1.42 miles away.

We are strategically located three blocks from the 2 freeway with easy access to downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood, Glendale, and Pasadena. Local bus service also available within walking distance.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire first-floor apartment, as well as the laundry room located one flight down. I’d be happy to show you where it is if you need to do laundry.
