In May, there is the Farmer's Market right outside of the building! It is in walking distance to Wells Fargo Convention Center, steps away from Hyvee, and right by Court Ave.

There are a couple of different options for parking. You could park at the various parking meters right outside of the building, free parking on the bridges, garage parking behind the building, or park next to the building but would need to make arrangements with me before.

Right downtown Des Moines Iowa! Everything is within walking distance! You have Hyvee Grocery store just a fews steps when you walk outside, restaurants, bars etc.! Also starting May- October is the Farmer's Market right outside of our building on Saturdays!
