Updated in 2022 apartment in Gatewood historical area and Plaza District in the heart of Oklahoma City. Property was in the running for movie set of Tulsa King! Safe, walkable neighborhood with multiple dining choices, vintage stores, and shopping venues. Private parking spot, private side patio area gated off from the main house.

The space
Mid-Century Modern themed space. Full kitchen, and laundry, living area, dining space, and bedroom with Queen-sized bed. Futon is available in the living room area for an extra guest. The bathroom has a large shower. Dedicated Central Heat and Air so you control your comfort. Dedicated hot water system so you control how you relax.

Guest access
Access to the entire guest house, side patio area, and off-street private parking space reserved in the main driveway.

Located in OKC Plaza district, celebrity sightings are not uncommon! Past celebrity sightings include Wayne Coyne of the Flaming Lips, Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy)
and Keanu Reeves! This property was also a finalist for a set in Sylvester Stallone’s newest show Tulsa King!

Two nearby playgrounds within walking distance. Grocery Store, pharmacy and gas station and bus stop less than half a mile away.

There are trees near the driveway. We are not responsible for any damages to your car if you choose to park in the available driveway space. ONLY A SINGLE VEHICLE IS PERMITTED ON THE DRIVEWAY.

Hello Niki and Erik here. We are transplants to Oklahoma but have lived here since 2008. We work in Nursing and IT sales respectively. We love our neighborhood and can't wait to show you all the plaza has to offer! There is always something fun to do or see. It is a safe neighborhood and we have one son who is in middle school that we are comfortable with walking and riding his bike in the area alone. He attends school and dance in the neighborhood. Our neighbors are friendly as well. We hope to host you soon!
