My husband and I met here at the ranch in 1973 as part of a community. We bought our 60 acres and proceeded to rehabilitate all of the old buildings. We became a bed and breakfast in 1978. I had a career doing community development while Sunny tore down old buildings for the wood and reconstructed our buildings.
