Full 2nd floor of a beautifully restored triplex. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, chef's kitchen - s/s appliances. Off-street parking. Front porch w/ seating & classic swing. We are downtown and have "city noise" - trains, traffic, and sirens. This is not a quiet little retreat. The Belle is a no smoking property. No smoking or vaping on the premises. Weekly housekeeping service available.
Note - 20 steps to apartment; minimal checkout procedure.

The space
1200+ sq ft of luxury. Spacious yet cozy. Chef's kitchen with double wall ovens, prep sink, dishwasher, and microwave. Central heat and a/c. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with room for two on the sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress. Completely separated from the two single apartments on the first floor. Separate entrances; only the front porch and parking pad are shared. Linens, dishes, books, dvd's provided. High-speed wireless internet and cable (no premium channels). Walking distance to The Depot, and City Park. Because we are downtown, we have "city noise" - trains, traffic, and sirens. This is not a quiet little get-away in the country. True city living at its best. The Belle is a no smoking property. No smoking or vaping on the premises.

Guests will have the entire second floor to themselves. There are two apartments on the first floor. Each unit has two separate entrances. Guests share the porch and parking area. 20 total steps to the apartment.
