The space
The Bunkhouse at the JR Ranch and the JR Ranch Horse Stables & Arena is family-owned and operated by Richard Rudis. It is located less than 3 miles from the All-American City of Lincoln, CA. surrounding the Sierra Nevada mountains.

The Bunkhouse has free parking, WIFI, heat and air conditioning, full kitchen, and 2 electric fireplaces. There is a shared washer and dryer, just let me know and I will take care of it.

maker with free K-pods and a regular coffee maker.

The Bunkhouse is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. Rest assured we clean and disinfect all bed linens, kitchen utensils and bathroom fixtures while thoroughly cleaning the entire house.

Guest access
Richard is just a call or text away if you have any questions. You will have access to the entire Bunkhouse, patio and pond area. The JR Ranch has many assorted animals on the property (horses, a cow, donkeys, mini-horse, pigs, goats, geese) that you can feed by hand treats as long as you are accompanied by a ranch personnel.

Richard was in the restaurant industry for over 25 years owning such well known Sacramento area establishments as Rudy's Hideaway Lobsterhouse, The Stockmarket Lounge & Grill and also worked for SYSCO Food Services of San Francisco in Human Resources for over 10 years. Richard has used his vast experiences to open The JR Ranch Horse Stables & Arena and The Bunkhouse at the JR Ranch.
