✶ In-unit washer/dryer, feel free to use for personal items. You'll be expected to strip your dirty linens from beds but do not need to wash linens/towels.
✶ Large Smart TV with Xfinity cable in Living Room, Wall mount can swivel 90 degrees to make viewing while cooking in the kitchen easier

✶ 24hr Permit parking stickers will be available for you to park your vehicle, please let us know how many vehicles you will have before arrival and we'll make sure you have enough for your stay.
✶ Always lock your vehicle and don't leave any valuables in sight. Stay aware of your surroundings.
✶ Don't leave any belongings outside unsupervised.
✶ Chicago does not allow open carry of alcohol.
✶ Keyless Entry: Please do not share your entrance code with anyone, and be discreet with sharing it aloud as you enter the unit. This code is your KEY to the apartment, so don't announce it to the world :)

Neighborhood highlights

Other ethnicities have always been present in the area known as "Little Italy."Nonetheless, the neighborhood was given its name due to the strong influence of Italians and Italian culture on the neighborhood throughout the 19th and 20th century. The Italian population, peaking during the decades of the 1950s and '60s, began declining shortly after the decision to build the University of Illinois in the area was finalized in 1963. However, several Italian restaurants and businesses remain in the formerly prominent Taylor Street corridor

Great Breakfast Spots/Bakeries:
- Stax Cafe - hands down our favorite brunch spot, varied menu and always delicious. Open 7a-3p everyday.
- Scafuri Bakery - classic Italian bakery, great pastries, coffees, etc.
- Sweet Maple Cafe - great country-style comfort food, generally a line to get there early! Open 7a-2p everyday.

Great Dining:
- Yummi Thai
- Chilango - great empanadas & tacos
- Pompeii - cafeteria style Italian dining

Beer/Wine Purchase:
- Wine on Taylor - great wine and craft beer selections
- Taylor Wine & Spirits (selection at Wine on Taylor is better in our opinion)
- Evan St. Liquors on 18th street (Pilsen) has an amazing selection

Closest Neighborhoods:
- Pilsen - rich with Mexican history, you'll find offbeat vintage shops, independent coffee houses and quaint cafes alongside bodegas, panaderias and restaurants serving authentic Mexican cuisine.
- West Loop - aptly named "Restaurant Row," you can go from sushi bar to sports bar, bakery to brewery, wine tasting to taquería, butcher shop to champagne salon, late-night diner to futuristic cocktail lounge — all within this stretch. Check out The Hoxton hotel for casual cocktails with friends, Bandit for amazing service and great outdoor dining options, Little Goat Diner for a quick meal from the Goat Group or a delicious burger from Au Cheval.
