Unwind & relax in this 2nd Floor Upper-Level Wood House Unit. It is a cozy & relaxing 2 bedroom house for up to 4 people. It is also a 7-minute driving distance to La Parguera where you can find water diversion rentals, trips to different keys of The Parguera, boat rentals, beautiful beaches & trips to the bio-luminous bay.

Our goal is to make you feel at home, worry-free and disconnected from your daily adult life routine..

The space
The space has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Full size bed and the other bedroom has two twin beds. Both rooms have air conditioners. We also have recently incorporated Wi-Fi and kitchen & bathroom have remodeled.

Please note that this home does not have a generator or solar panels for electricity for the moment so we rely strictly on Puerto Rico electricity and there might be times in which you might encounter sporadic unannounced power outage’s. We are looking into cost efficient and environmental options for later in the future.

I enjoy living in Puerto Rico! Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Lajas, coast of Puerto Rico and I currently live in the metro area: Guaynabo.

The location I am hosting in Lajas, PR is a family home for which all neighbors are family members and its location name Villa Faní is named after my great grandmother Faní Cruz.

I decided to post the upper unit home here on Airbnb so that others can have a place close by to stay when visiting the southside of Puerto Rico. The upper unit is a little humble home with a cozy beachy feel located in a main road that whichever turn you make being left or right will lead you just a few minutes away from one of our many beautiful beaches.

It's a home away from home. We always try our best to make you feel welcomed. And I am always available for any questions and/or recommendations.
