The beloved little pink house stands in the vibrant, historical University neighborhood of Eugene, Oregon. This iconic gem has captured the hearts of University of Oregon parents, visiting professors, athletes, and sports spectators alike since its inception in 2008. Situated blocks away from the esteemed University of Oregon campus, this quaint abode exudes charm and character, offering a cozy retreat in the heart of Duck territory.

The space
Stepping inside, you are greeted by an inviting atmosphere that exudes comfort and warmth. The living room serves as the heart of the home, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring Eugene or cheering on the Ducks at Autzen Stadium.

The little pink house features two cozy bedrooms, each offering a peaceful sanctuary for relaxation. Whether you're a U of O parent visiting your student or a sports enthusiast in town for a game, you'll find comfort and tranquility in these well-appointed spaces.

The entire two bedroom one bathroom house is yours to enjoy. Upon check-in, you will find a keyed entry. Your code will be sent through the app once you have booked the home. We are available if you need us, but we won't bother you during your stay.

Other things to note
The Little Pink House is located on Sunset Alley off of Fairmount Blvd. In the summer you will be treated to the sounds of the Oregon Marching Band as they practice for fall football. (sigh...soon again we hope!) We are only blocks from Hendrick's park and old-growth forest, the new Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena, Bike paths and hiking trails and cafes.

The Little Pink House was built on the foundation of the coach house, which belonged to one of the first estates built in Eugene. In 2006, the small dwelling burnt to the ground in three minutes, and from there, we designed and built the Little Pink House, which became the fifth vacation rental property in Eugene in 2007! The House is tucked away on a private alley in a beautiful wooded neighborhood only blocks from the University. The house has a gas barbecue, surround sound, skylights, wireless internet, and comfortable furniture. We have literature in the house regarding Eugene, its many attractions, and the Willamette Valley. We are close to fishing, hiking, boating, biking, wine tasting...you name it! We have coolers, fishing equipment, etc. Please let us know what you may need for your Eugene adventure! We know you will enjoy our 'hideaway'! We have hosted many parents of U of O students over the past eleven years- GO DUCKS!
