Newly updated classic mid-century home with a stunning ocean view. Located in the charming Neahkahnie neighborhood of Manzanita on a quiet dead end street. The house is situated on a double lot with a large side yard to the south and green space to the north making it very private. Its less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to town. The house is warm, inviting, stylish and has all the amenities to make your vacation one to remember.

The space
An open floor plan with a cozy and comfortable vibe. Gorgeous hardwood floors throughout. Lovely tile floor in the entry way and kitchen. The house sits on two lots with ocean views, mature landscaping and boasts numerous outdoor living spaces to enjoy warm summer days/evenings. The large front deck faces the ocean and has a picnic table plus seating area with umbrellas available for shade. The back patio is protected from the wind and oozes a french garden feel with brick stamped concrete, quaint love seat & table-a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The side yard is large with two mature cherry trees, an apple tree and tons of rhododendrons. An ideal spot for kids to run, play catch or a game of corn-hole.

Lots of windows and natural light throughout the house. Completely remodeled kitchen that is well stocked and has brand new appliances. Bedrooms are large, tastefully decorated with comfortable mattresses.

For youngsters; there is a toy kitchen, craft table, games and children's books.

The house is perfect for families or friends wanting to gather for a weekend at the beach.

Located on a west facing slope at the north end of Manzanita, its a short walk to the most beautiful section of the beach with Neahkahnie mountain looming in the distance. An easy 20 minute beach walk to darling downtown Manzanita's restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, bars, candy shop, ice cream shop and little grocery store.

Hello! We are a family of three and Manzanita is our home nine months out of the year. During the summers we run a small fly fishing lodge in beautiful British Columbia.
