The original site of Lawson's Finest brewery with charm & views of Lincoln Ridge. Located on a backcountry dirt road, nestled in the mountains in the quaint town of Warren, VT. Four wheel drive is recommended in winter. Close to Sugarbush skiing & golf (10 min), Mad River Glen (15 min), and Lawson's Finest brewery, taproom, & retail store (12 min) away. Peaceful & private 1800 sq ft home with outdoor deck & spacious lawn. Featuring a backup generator for 24hr/day power & WiFi fiber (50MB speed).

The space
This efficient home is recently renovated and furnished with designer updates, custom woodwork, and contemporary finishes. A comfortable and cozy Vermont retreat! Spectacular setting, cleanliness, and the history of this legendary Vermont brewery is what sets this property apart from others. Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with two additional sleeping areas - upstairs outside the primary bedroom, as well as a downstairs with a separate furnished room and pull-out couch with a 1/2 bath in basement guest area. A electric wood stove in the living room for cozy warmth in the cold months. Ample parking for up to 4 cars. The location is a short drive from Sugarbush ski area, the Warren Store, and the highly acclaimed Lawson's Finest Liquids brewery and taproom, retail store, and beer garden in downtown Waitsfield, where you can gather for a variety of brews, while tasting an assortment of light fare which showcases local food products. You can also take home Lawson's Finest packaged beer to share with your family and friends!

The location for Lawson's Finest brewery, taproom and retail store is 8 miles away in the town of Waitsfield. Sugarbush Ski resort and golf course is 2.5 miles just down the road making this the perfect location to plan a weekend getaway. Mad River Glen ski area is 10 miles away. Blueberry lake is 5.6 miles from this property nestled into the mountains just past Warren village with local businesses to shop in and places to eat. Being in Vermont is a great time to go visit the iconic Ben and Jerry's ice cream factory in Waterbury VT, a scenic drive 23 miles away. While you are up in that area, there is also the Cold Hollow Cider mill with fresh donuts and treats as well as the cider factory to explore. Vermont's quaint city of Burlington is 49 miles (1 hour) from the house and has lots of night life, shopping and activities.
