Our apartment is located on the 30th floor of an exclusive residential building in one of the most affluent neighborhoods of Monterrey. Upon arrival you will be greeted by a beautifully appointed lobby with concierge. Once in our apartment, you can take in the views of the city's most iconic landmark, El Cerro de la Silla, from every room in the house, or you can step out on the balcony for a little fresh air.

The space
Our apartment is located in exclusive residential building with round the clock concierge and security, in one of the most affluent neighborhoods of Monterrey. You can relax in complete confort in a space designed with the intention of being a soothing and calm contrast to the bustling city below. The living area is open space and the windows are floor to ceiling so you can take in dramatic views of the city's landmarks from every room in the apartment. Our apartment has a cozy balcony in which you can enjoy the cool air at night, or take in the rising sun every morning.

WALK

Go out for a walk in one of the safest neighborhoods in Mexico, where there are parks, shopping centers, and restaurants for every taste. There are two convenience stores located in the within the building complex which you can access with your key card. A 5 minute walk will have you at Rufino Tamayo park, an excellent place to go for a walk or a run. If your in the mood for some light or heavy cooking, a high end super-market is also within a five minute walk.

Monterrey has an exceptional restaurant and entertainment scene. You can find everything from gourmet bakeries to taco joints or even high-end steak-houses, within a 15 minute walk. Some of the best shopping and entertainment centers the city has to offer are also within a 15 minute walk. Main Entrance, Fashion Drive and Galleria Valle Oriente shopping centers are just some examples where you can find more than 100 stores including Zara.

Enjoy going to the movies? Visit Cinepolis' or Cinemex's excelent VIP theatres, or if you prefer live entertainment, visit the Showcenter Complex and catch a broadway musical, all within a 15 minute walk!

DRIVE OR RIDE

You are 15 minutes away by car from Chipinque National Park where you can enjoy an excellent hike in any of its more than 50 trails. A quick 10 minute ride will have you at Monterrey's iconic Barrio Antiguo and some of the cities best street food.

In the unlikely event that you should need it, two of the city's most trusted hospitals are less than 5 minutes away by car, one of them just across the main avenue.
