Bright Hill Farm is the retreat you have been looking for.

Wake up to singing birds and mooing cows and frolicing goats. Located a mile from town with cute shops, eateries, & events. The Honeymoon Suite has a private half bath and a King Size bed. A full kitchen to prepare yourself a great breakfast to enjoy on a porch, patio or under a tree. Just 4 miles to Evins Mill, 15 to 25 minutes to Marinas, Fall Creek Falls, Center Hill Lake, Rock Island State Park, and more.

The space
Serene 6 acres for an intimate group that might want to run barefoot in the grass, have a picnic under a tree, or stargaze at night (it is amazing on a clear night). We are close to several rivers and lakes/waterfalls and parks and just a mile from downtown Smithville. 4 miles to Evins Mill. Our city farmhouse decor and cozy rooms will ensure a great time. Our new chickens are always worth a gander and you might find something of interest in the garden area or the Garden Walk.

We love living in the country, laughing with our kids and two grandkids, and enjoying a good meal with friends. We believe that little things really matter. That we find success when we help others become successful. If we are tired and dirty at the end of the day we must have worked and played hard and we will sleep great! Come and reserve a single room or the whole cottage.
