Enjoy a country getaway in a 2000 sqft retreat, complete with theater room, poker room, pool table and spacious patio. And did we mention it's just steps from an awesome winery and brewery? Perfect for a few couples or a girls weekend away! Just 6 miles from the charming small town of Marysville, or a 25 minute drive to Columbus.

The space
The spacious retreat has 1 queen bed in the bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area - so it is perfect for 4 guests. However, if you want to bring additional friends, you are welcome to bring a few air mattresses or they can sleep in the 6 reclining theater seats, which are very comfortable.
The retreat includes: 30 bottle wine cooler, 3.3 cu.ft. mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, wet bar, large walk-in shower, brand new living room furniture including queen sleeper sofa w/ memory foam mattress and 2 recliners, 6 reclining theater seats, 100" theater screen, hundreds of movies on DVD, 10-person poker table, regulation size slate pool table, 6-person patio seating on covered patio, and 42" color TV w/ DirecTV.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the lower level of our home, which is roughly 2,000 sqft. A spacious bedroom, bathroom, large living room area with lots of natural light, a fully equipped theater room, poker room with table for 10, and a relaxing covered patio with a large patio set surrounded by mature landscaping.

Other things to note
Our space is perfect for entertaining and meant to provide a fun and relaxing retreat for adults. It is not child proof, or suitable for children (anyone under 18). Due to some past incidents, we have made the decision to make our listing available to adults only. You are welcome to message us if you have special circumstances that you'd like us to consider in making an exception for.

Neighborhood highlights

We are located in a beautiful country setting on 10 acres. There are neighbors to the right and left, but hundreds of acres of farmland in the front and behind us. It's quiet and peaceful, but we're just a short drive into town for a great meal or shopping in our charming uptown. Take a walk, bring your bike and take a ride, or just relax and unwind. On Friday and Saturdays, you can visit Dalton Union Winery & Brewery, located on the property, with live music and a food truck every Saturday night. During the week, you may be able to catch us brewing, bottling, filtering, kegging, or working in the vineyard.

We are a fun loving, middle aged couple who love to entertain! We opened a winery in 2015 and added the brewery at the beginning of 2018. It keeps us busy...but we love it!
