The perfect time to get out of the city and into the mountains. Work from your cabin, we have WiFi. Our cabins are secluded away from each other to ensure privacy with minimal contact with others. Enjoy fishing, hiking, stargazing or simply relax

The space
Our resort has 100 years of rustic living. Cabin 5 has a queen size bed and full-size bed, a kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook and eat your meals, and a bathroom with a shower. The river is located right across the street with bald eagles that fly up and down. We have minimal traffic as we are the last business on this road. Please bring your pets.

Other things to note
We encourage you to get away from people and the city life. Relax in one of our cabins for awhile. Reconnect with family, play some games, read a book or talk a walk. Enjoy nature with little to no contact with others. Please take time to read our Airbnb comments, it’s a wonderful place to get away to. You may loose cell phone service on the way so screen shot the directions before you leave. We do have Verizon phone service and internet here.

We are very limited in Markleeville as to where you can dine and get some food. You may want to call the establishment for hours of operation. Up County has breakfast and lunch, the Cutthroat Tavern for lunch and dinner, and the Stone Fly open Thursdays through Sunday, (reservations recommended).
