This tranquil home is nestled at the edge of Four Hills Park and features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The updated and upgraded kitchen features a Kuerig, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge, and stackable washer and dryer. The master bedroom features patio access, a large and luxurious soaking tub, and a step-in shower. The second bedroom features its own patio access. Easy self-check-in w/ coded access lock.

The space
This place is truly unique. Guests will enjoy the run of the entire property except for the garage, which is used for storage. You will find a family room w/ wood-burning fireplace, a full kitchen, dining area, enclosed air-conditioned patio (Salsa Room), and green and shady backyard with two patios PLUS direct access to Four Hills Park. Driveway parking plus street parking if needed. Upon request, we allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs and charge an extra $25 per pet.

Guest access
Guests have the run of the entire home, including large enclosed and air-conditioned patio, The Salsa Room! The garage is used for storage and not accessible to guests.

Other things to note
With prior approval, we allow up to 2 dogs and charge $25 per pet. YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET. You may be charged up to $300 for any damage done to the property, including pet damage. NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY.
