The space
This stylish guest house features a king bedroom, full bathroom, a queen pull-out sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen with Italian cabinetry and premium Bosch and Thermador appliances.

A note on location: The guest house sits near Highway 101, which means some freeway noise is audible — especially outdoors and at night. Double-paned windows help significantly when closed, and we provide earplugs and a sound machine in the bedroom so you can rest comfortably. Most guests sleep well, but we want you to book with full confidence in what to expect.

Neighborhood highlights

This beautiful little guest house is walking distance to the new Rosewood Miramar Hotel as well as the Four Seasons, Biltmore and Coast Village Road where you will find all of the best shopping and restaurants. The palm cottage is very close to the 101 freeway so you do hear noise. The brand new windows and doors are all double and triple paned.
