This remodeled farmhouse sits in the middle of a large cattle ranch. It provides a large and clean getaway spot away from others. Parts of the house provide older charm. It has spectacular views of rolling hills and has a creek that runs through the property. Creek access is available with permission. This remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 bath farmhouse is located within minutes of Truman Lake and Lake of the Ozarks. It has parking areas for boats/trailers. You won't find a more relaxing place to unwind!

The space
This is a remodeled farm house that is located between Truman Lake and Lake of the Ozarks. It lies in the middle of working cattle ranch and has thousands of acres around it. This rental sits on a gravel road about 1/4 mile off of a main highway. You will not run into crowds in this area. Also includes a large parking area. All areas, EXCEPT the kitchen, are newly remodeled. All basic amenities are included along with a dishwasher, washer, dryer, and grill. Please be aware that some plugs are only 2 prong, and some power strips are provided to accommodate that. This rental is about 10 minutes from the nearest town of Warsaw, MO. Up to pets are allowed for a fee.

Guest access
You may use a large creek that runs through the property with prior permission. It can be used for cookouts, hiking, and swimming if the water level is deep enough. You may park on the side of the house or in front of the house on the gravel road. Please stay within fenced areas around the house.

Other things to note
Please be aware that you are renting an older home that has been remodeled. It is clean and comfortable, but it is NOT modern. Adaptors are provided to accommodate some of the 2-prong plug ins. The location sits about 10 miles from the nearest town of Warsaw, MO. I will be happy to answer any questions you might have before renting.

We are approximately an hour away from the busiest part (the main arm) of the Lake of the Ozarks, and 30 minutes from Pomme De Terre Lake. See Google Map for more location details.
