My house is a fully renovated house located in a very well located residential area, an 8-minute walk from Ojima Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line. It is ideal for staying with multiple families,friends, groups, couples, business, etc.
Since opening in October 2019, our home has been used by guests in many countries. Now, in the hope that new coronaviruses (COVID-19) around the world will converge early, we have blossomed cherryblossoms.Someday, come visit us to see our cherry blossoms.

[Bathroom]
Automatic bathtub filling and automatic water temperature setting functions are not available.
Please set the desired water temperature using the kitchen or bathroom remote control, and fill the bathtub with hot water manually.
Please be careful not to let the hot water overflow from the bathtub.
The shower head is Silk Touch Shower, which is gentle to the skin and has a strong water flow. (The same applies to the shower room.)

Toilets are located on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors.

[Pets (conditionally OK)]
・Please let us know in advance that you will be staying with your pet.
・Pets are allowed to stay with us only if you agree to some conditions such as wearing pet diapers and additional charges.
(If you contact us in advance, we will send you questions. As soon as we receive your answer, we will inform you of any additional charges.)
・Small breeds (under 5 kg), up to 3 pets.
・The cleaning fee is 3,000 yen per stay, regardless of the number of animals or the number of nights.

[Parking lot]
・We do not have a parking lot on the premises, but there is a coin-operated parking lot nearby.
・There are coin-operated parking lots nearby. If you are coming by car, we will cover the parking fee for up to one car during your stay (between check-in and check-out).
・However, this is limited to those who use the following parking lots (1) through (3) and can provide actual receipts.(The fee to be covered is the amount stated on the receipt, up to 10,000 yen.)
(1) Metro Park (about 20 meters from our house)
(2) One Park Oshima No. 4 (about 160 meters from our house)
(3) Mitsui No Repark Koto Ojima 7-chome No. 3 (about 170 meters from our house)
・When you check out, please leave the receipt for the parking lot you used in the mailbox. (To prevent problems, please take a copy of the receipt before submitting it.

[Airport Pick-up / drop-off service]
・ We can introduce airport transfer hire

[Other special notes]
My house is in a residential area, and the neighborhood is a general house. Pay particular attention to the following points regarding "noise" and "garbage" so as not to disturb the neighborhood.
* For other rules, please see House Rules.
・ It is strictly prohibited to make a fuss at parties. Please be considerate of your neighborhood and spend a quiet time from 21:00 to 7am.
・ My home, including the balcony, is completely non-smoking. Smoking in front of the door and around the house is strictly prohibited.
* If you smoke inside the building, you will be charged a penalty of 50,000 yen.
・ Separate garbage into “combustible garbage (burnable garbage)”, “incombustible garbage (non-burnable garbage)” and “can, bottle, PET bottle” and put it in the garbage bin on the 2nd floor kitchen.
* When the trash can on the 2nd floor kitchen is full, please move it to the large trash can on the 1st floor large luggage / suitcase storage room. Please let us know when the 1st floor trashcan is full. In that case, we will arrange for a contractor so please let us know at least 2 days before the desired collection date.
・ Take away oversized garbage such as suitcases and strollers. We may charge a disposal fee for any leftover items that cannot be treated as ordinary garbage.

My house is located a little away from the busy area in front of the station, and you can feel the old downtown atmosphere. It's a convenient area for sightseeing, shopping, and eating all over Tokyo. After coming back home, you can relax in a quiet environment.
Around the house, there are restaurants such as Japanese, Western and Chinese restaurants, izakaya, cafes, supermarkets, convenience stores, drug stores, public baths and other stores that are essential for daily life.

[Visitor attractions in the neighborhood]
・Sun Road Nakanohashi Shopping Street: About 100 shops stand side by side along a 300 m street, like a local kitchen. From 15 o'clock to 20 o'clock, it is a pedestrian mall and crowded with shoppers. A shopping street in downtown where various events are held.
・Higashiojima-jinja Shrine: Enshrines Amaterasu Omikami (the Sun Goddess), Ushijima Okami (the Great God of Ushijima) and Inari Okami (the Great God of Inari).
・Haru no Yu (public bath) is a traditional public bath. Local bath lovers gather under the Karahafu style roof. The atmosphere of the Showa era remains as it is, and the watchtower, which is on the verge of extinction, is still here. It has a reputation of being beautiful from regular customers.
・Sunamachi Ginza Shopping Street: Three major Ginza shopping streets in Tokyo. A shopping street full of humanity rooted in the lives of local people. There are about 180 stores along the length of 670m, and the entire street is filled with conversation. It has the old-fashioned interaction, humanity, and warmth.
