Tucked into the quiet, residential Allapattah neighborhood, with Wynwood Walls, Little Havana, and the Miami Design District all nearby, plus and Target a short drive away in Midtown.

The space
**Please Read Carefully**

🚫🚗 **No Parking**: There is no parking available at or near the property. If you plan to have a car, this Airbnb is not suitable for you. We recommend using Uber or Lyft for getting around.

📲🚶🏼 **Self-Guided Check-In**: We use a self-guided check-in system, so ensure you can access the Airbnb app on your phone. Familiarize yourself with the provided information.

**Suite Details**:
- Located on the back of the main house with a private entrance.
- Accessible by walking along the left/west side of the house, towards the back, and across the terrace.
- Queen memory foam mattress for restful sleep.
- Microwave and mini-fridge (no stove or coffee maker).
- Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube using Roku Guest Mode. That way you may login into your own Netflix account and automatically gets deleted at check out.
- Basic toiletries provided; like bathroom towels, shampoo body wash, and conditioner. Except: no washcloths.

**No Smoking**: Strictly no smoking indoors or outdoors. Hefty fines apply for violations.

**Outdoor Area**: Partially use the terrace/patio for relaxing. Use the outside seating under the red seal, but the kitchen and table are for my parents’ use only.

Guest access
Everything inside your private unit is available for your stay. You'll have access to the shared outdoor seating area under the sun sail shade in front of cabin 3. The outdoor kitchen under the terrace is off-limits to guests — that's for the homeowners' private use only. The washer and dryer are also for private use only.

Other things to note
1. Check-Out: Check-out is at 11 AM and extensions are unlikely due to our cleaning schedule. We also have no street parking nearby or a parking garage.

2. Luggage: We can hold your bags, but please notify us in advance if you need to drop off luggage before check-in.

3. Other Guests: Besides the homeowners, there are other Airbnb guests on the property.

4. Airplane Noise: The property is on the airport flight path, so planes can be heard outside. Indoors it's usually minimal, but light sleepers should keep this in mind.

5. Laundry: We do not have a washer or dryer available for guest use. There's a laundromat nearby — just search on Google.

Neighborhood highlights

We are located in the residential up and coming neighborhood of Allapattah We are centrally located less then 10 minutes from Miami airport and Wynwood Art District. There is quick highway access to Downtown Miami (10min) and Miami Beach(20min). There are 2 shopping plaza just a block away with local bodega style grocery store, Cuban bakery, barbershop and other stores. We also have several fast food chains about 5 min away like McDonald's and Burger King. Like most of Miami this is a local Hispanic oriented neighborhood. So you will get a true feel of Miami. The best part is our proximity to Wynwood which is a up and coming growing art, culture and nightlife. There you can find Miami’s Best breweries, art galleries, bars and restaurants. Nightly event all year round. For eating around my house other then fast food there is the nearby grocery but not much more. I do recommend to eat in Wynwood or brickell those are the neighborhoods I mostly spent most of my time when I go out.
