Entire apartment in a well-kept, quiet, and well-connected area of Rome, 50 meters from the ancient city walls (Aurelian Walls) and 10 minutes from the Basilica of San Giovanni.

The space
Inside a building designed by the architect Mario Ridolfi, the house is located in a strategic point of the city, just outside the walls of the historic center.

The apartment has a private room with double bed and small desk, a loft with double bed and pillows that can be used as a relaxation area, separated from the rest of the house by curtains (see photo), a kitchen with American floor (equipped with microwave, traditional oven, stove and various accessories) overlooking the living room, and a bathroom with bathtub that can also be used as a shower.

There is also a washing machine and dishwasher.

In the living room, there is a dining table and a 39" smart corner with armchairs and sofas. Air conditioning.

Also around the house you can park on blue (payment) or white (free) stripes. Next to the apartment there is a guarded garage for a fee.
