This chic, cuban-inspired 2 bed / 2 bath bungalow boasts an open floor plan and new furnishings & appliances.

Master and second bedroom sleep 2 with quality queen mattresses & linens. This cottage has all you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. From a well-stocked kitchen to high quality towels and linens. Coffee and tea provided.
Hang out on the porch or in the back yard. The yard is fenced in, perfect for dogs and kids.

The yard is shared with a studio that has a separate entrance and porch.

No parties or loud music, please. No outdoor music after 10PM.

Dog fee is $50 per dog, per stay. This allows us to properly clean up after your furry friend. We ask that you supervise your animal when it's in the common spaces like the yard, and pick up after them when they go to the bathroom.

Neighborhood highlights

Filled to the brim with a myriad of independent businesses and with new places popping up every month, Seminole Heights is a very community driven neighborhood. It is home to some of the most well-known bars and restaurants in Tampa, and while the beer scene at large is worth exploring- this neighborhood alone is home to nearly half a dozen breweries.

The Hillsborough River coasts through this area, and while it's not great for swimming in, you can ride canoes through it or walk alongside the water in the parks and see a bunch of local wildlife (Manatees! Gators! Dolphins!).
