The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).

The space
Set in a semi-rural location, yet close to local amenities. Just a minute away from a beautiful Country Pub and within walking distance to the historic Market Town of Ormskirk, Edge Hill University and Hurlston Hall Golf Club. It is also an ideal base for anyone wishing to visit Liverpool, which is just a half hour train journey away. Aintree racecourse is on this train line, or we’re a 20 minute car journey to Southport.

Other things to note
Any visitors to the Annexe must be by prior agreement with the owners. Please also note, we do not offer the facility of charging an electric vehicle, there are numerous charging points that are available nearby. The Annexe has a no pet policy. Parking is available for up to two cars next to the Annexe on the stoned area.

We are within walking distance to the historic market town of Ormskirk. (Market day’s Thursday and Saturday) 20 minutes drive to Southport, Birkdale and Ainsdale, Formby sand dunes and red squirrel reserve, half an hours drive to Liverpool City Centre or reached by train from Ormskirk along with Aintree Racecourse.
