The space
THE BIG GARDEN VILLA HELICONIA

Is a tastefully designed villa to suite guests who wish to have a comfortable and tranquil vacation, free from the hassle of a resort atmosphere.
It is great for people who likes a cozy yet spacious space to relax. You have your own private villa, covered terrace and a private tropical garden that is fully fenced that guarantees 100% full privacy.

It is good for maximum of 3 pax ( 3 Adults or 2 Adults 1 Child or 2 Adults 1 Infant[0-2yrs] ONLY!
The 3rd person(Adult/Child) needs to pay extra per night. And the Infant, although the infant can stay for free, it is included with headcount as well.

INSIDE THE VILLA
The villa includes one big bedroom with 1 king size bed and a single sofa-bed that is air-con equipped and with a flatscreen tv and free WiFi.
In the room there is an access to the bathroom with toilet and a semi open shower. There is also an access to a fully equipped kitchen.
The villa has a nice view of the big private garden through its glass doors and windows.
All villa has a set of menu of restaurants that we recommend where you can order food for lunch or dinner and it will be delivered in your villa.

OUTSIDE THE VILLA
Outside there is a cozy covered terrace with a sofa and a dining area good for 3 person with the view of the private tropical garden, fully fenced.
You have 2 sunbeds for lounging and enjoying the sun, an outdoor sitting area for smoking and a relaxing hammock to enjoy the beauty and sound of nature.
All villas has access to the big, relaxing common pool where you can lounge on the sunbeds and relax inside the pool.

Other things to note
Daily basic cleaning included in the price.

Full cleaning every 4 days including change of bedsheets and towels also included in the price.
