Get ready to enjoy a stylish getaway just 2.5 blocks from the beach! It's got it's own big private patio and bbq. Lots of food, bars, bike/surfboard rentals and retail shopping nearby. Were also family friendly have toys, movies and books for the little ones!

**a bit about us. We love our neighborhood and have been a part of it since early 60's. Our neighbors wont tolerate large noisey parties. We support them. If you're looking to party late and loud probably not a good location. 😊

The space
IMPORTANT:By renting this space you are agreeing to the following. More than two noise complaints will be fined $1000. ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD gatherings. No parties - no noise tolerated after 10pm. The neighborhood is not tolerant and will contact us and/or authorities right away. If you enjoy very late nights we suggest you book a different space on Airbnb. This is the quieter side of the the beach area . This is a family neighborhood. Thank you!

This space is a lower level unit with private entrance and outdoor patio space in our 3 unit building. Stylish modern/industrial furnishings , stocked with games, books, dvd player, beach towels/chairs and more, outdoor patio seating, gas bbq, coffee/tea, fully stocked kitchen with coffee pot, french press, milk frother, blender, regular size stove/oven, usb alarm clocks, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Lots of cooking amenities, etc.

Other things to note
Absolutely NO parties!! zero tolerance for noise after 10pm. This is a place for peaceful enjoyment not parties. $250 non refundable damage fee for smoking inside apartment!!
