The space
La Salentina is a bright, independent holiday home, carefully designed to offer comfort and tranquillity to families or groups of friends.
It features two double bedrooms, one triple bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with bunk beds. There are two full bathrooms with showers, hairdryers and a washing machine.
Every room is air-conditioned, ensuring comfort all year round.
The living area includes comfortable sofas, a 50-inch TV with Netflix, and a large glass window with a breathtaking sea view, perfect for enjoying the panorama with air conditioning in summer or heating in winter. There is also a desk, ideal for smart working.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, espresso machine and American coffee maker, as well as utensils and practical appliances such as a blender, hand blender and more.
Outside, every detail is designed to welcome you in style and offer pure relaxation. The highlight is a stunning hot tub with chromotherapy lighting and sea view, perfect for immersing yourself in colors and atmosphere: by day, at sunset, and in the evening, when soft lighting creates an intimate and soothing ambiance.
La Salentina features two panoramic terraces on different levels:
– on the ground floor, directly connected to the kitchen, the main terrace includes an elegant outdoor lounge with white curtains and soft cushions, and a large blue mosaic table seating up to 10 people: a perfect space for al fresco dining, from morning coffee to dinner under the stars.
– on the upper floor, connected to the living room, there's a second terrace with a wide-open sea view, ideal for relaxing, reading or simply enjoying the scenery.
The outdoor area also includes a hot-water shower — perfect after a day at the beach — and private parking within the property.
The house is in a strategic location, ideal for exploring southern Puglia: just minutes from the most beautiful Salento beaches, the stunning Adriatic coastline, and the authentic villages of the inland region.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house and outdoor spaces, including two panoramic terraces on different levels, the outdoor lounge, hot tub, outdoor shower, and private parking.

To start your stay in the best way, you’ll be welcomed with a few local treats and everything you need to feel at home right away: bed linen, towels, tablecloths and placemats, along with useful essentials for home and personal care, to accompany your holiday with simplicity and care.
Beach towels are also available upon request, free of charge.
Since November 2025, the house has been equipped with a high-speed Starlink internet connection.
