As featured on the popular TV show, Tiny House Nation! WELCOME to the beautiful SerendipTiny House in Magnolia Tiny House Village. The space has 400+ sqft on 1 story (no lofted beds). This home was PROFESSIONALLY decorated and furnished. From the moment you walk in, you will be mesmerized! Come enjoy the outdoors and experience the sparkling world of GLAMPING. Adults and children of all ages will feel the adventure awaiting as soon as you walk in! Great for romantic couples and family getaways.

The space
Take a dip into tiny living with SerendipTiny! From the moment you walk in you will be in AWE, as if you just stepped onto the set of your very own tiny house show, because SerendipTiny was just featured on the popular show Tiny House Nation on A&E in April 2019. Features highlighted include the Japanese themed design, the single floor layout eliminating the need for stairs or ladders, and those massive slide-outs creating a large space in a small package. The home is situated on a 14 acre property with a fruit orchard, organic garden, bass stocked fishing pond, and lush floral gardens with breathtaking scenery. Come experience "Glamping" at it's finest. We have all the luxury amenities of a 5-star hotel yet in the most beautiful scenic outdoor setting with the perfect night sky where truly the stars are as big as Texas. We have over 15 species of birds on property including but not limited to Bluejays, Cardinals, Robins, Hummingbirds, Red-headed woodpeckers and much more. We have bass stocked fishing! (Fishing is only allowed from the banks not on the dock). We will have freshly picked flowers from our garden (in season only) and come eat off our fruit trees (in season only). This is a nature lover's paradise and we have something for everyone of all ages to enjoy. The neighboring property has beautiful horses, longhorns and cute donkeys. Bring some carrots and apples and they will love you. Perfect for romantic getaways for couples and for family gatherings as well. All of our homes in our community are also for sale. Same models designed to your specifications can be built to order. If you loved staying here, please inquire about purchasing a tiny home and putting it on our property or your own. We have a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with complimentary coffee, a fold-out dining table, and living room with a 42” TV and wireless internet. We have Apple TV for all of your entertainment needs. The two sleeping areas are equipped with Tempurpedic mattresses with the softest sheets. The living room and master suite is also equipped with a 42" Smart TV/fireplace swivel mount that rotates around from living to master. We want you to enjoy the outdoors so we have lounging areas outside. The upper deck is not available for guest use. PLEASE do not climb the ladder to the upper deck, it's a safety hazard. We also have a washer and dryer in the bathroom with complimentary detergent provided. Iron and ironing board are also provided. Bathroom includes complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh towels, hairdryer and more.

Guest access
All guests are freely allowed to roam the property as desired in regards to nature viewing and activities. There is a white house on the property that is off limits. Please do not enter the pond or the pier and fishing is catch and release only from the banks. All children under the age of 12 must be under adult supervision at all times. Due to liability reasons we DO NOT Allow guests to use the upper deck. The camp fire pit closer to the lake is for the guest to use. The fire pit and hammock near the main house is not for the guests to use. Thanks in advance.

Other things to note
We are on a septic system. Please only flush toilet paper down into the toilet. All other items please use the trash bin. Visitor Parking is only allowed in front of the office shed. We do not allow visiting cars onto the dirt road.

Conveniently located 15 minutes from the Texas Renaissance Festival. We are located in between Woodlands and Magnolia Texas. Our area is special for avid bird watchers and nature lovers. Go for a hike in the national forest or spend a day fishing on our stocked pond or jet skiing on Lake Conroe. We are also 20 minutes away from the busy towns of Woodlands, Conroe, and Sam Houston National Forest.

My background education is in medicine and cancer research which lead me to the largest medical center in the world! I went to Baylor University as an undergraduate majoring in biology and chemistry and then pursued a MD/PhD degree at the world famous MD Anderson Cancer Center. My passion has always been into traveling and adventure. After visiting over 28 countries in my lifetime and staying at various nifty, creative and unique vacation homes, I’ve decided to pursue a business in rental home properties. I enjoy creating themed homes which allow my guests to vicariously experience something out of the ordinary. My favorite part of traveling around the globe was meeting the inspirational people that lead me to this current journey. I have always been fascinated about learning about different cultures and experiencing life vicariously through others epic life adventures.
