Very sunny and well-ventilated detached house, calm area, near beach and services. Family holiday home. 8 people (up to 12). Garden w BBQ, stone table, covered parking space and 220x150 tubular pool. 2 storeys, upper one with sloping wooden ceiling. 4 bedrooms (2 x queen bed, 1 x twin beds and trundle bed, 1x single bed), dining room, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom with tub & washing-machine, toilet and open space (with king and queen airbeds) with exit to big terrace, views over sea

The space
Please do not book before having read the house rules.
House used by us as second home during our holidays with space for 8 people (up to 12 can sleep). The best of the house is the outside. We really enjoy it, especially when many of us go at the same time. It has got a garden with BBQ and a stone table for 6/8 people, outside shower, 220x150 tubular swimming-pool and covered parking space. And upstairs, a great terrasse with incredible views over the sea.
The house is small and has two floors, although you have everything to live only downstairs. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and a built-in wardrobe and another with twin beds plus a trundle bed and external built-in wardrobe), sitting room, dining-room, kitchen and bathroom (with small bathtub and washing-machine). The upper floor has got a sloping wooden ceiling. It is accessed through a wooden stair and there is a bedroom with queen bed and built-in wardrobe, a very small bedroom with a single bed, a very small bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bidet and an open space leading to a great terrace with incredible views over the sea where a big kingsize airbed and a queen-size inflatable mattress can be placed.

Very quiet area with all services within reach on foot. In the mountain but very close to the sea. Wonderful beaches with shallow water and a great amount of animals (starfish, crabs, fish...)

10' walk from supermarket, bus stop and doctor's surgery, 15' from beach and 20' from train station. 50' by train or car to Barcelona and to Port Aventura theme park.

Me llamo Mònica y junto con mi madre, Rosa, gestiono esta casa, que es nuestra segunda residencia. Nos encanta viajar. Descubrimos Airbnb viajando y decidimos poner aquí nuestra casa de vacaciones también.
Hace tiempo que que la alquilamos durante el verano. Es perfecta para pasar el día en el jardín, haciendo una barbacoa, tomando el sol y relajándose. Además, el año pasado estuvimos nosotros todo el verano y la renovamos por dentro y en el jardín hemos puesto una piscina tubular y una ducha de exterior.
Intentamos que nuestros huéspedes se sientan cómodos. Nos gusta darles la bienvenida y enseñarles cómo funciona todo en la casa siempre que podemos y proporcionarles información, tanto antes de su llegada como durante la misma.

My name is Mònica and I run this family house together with my mother, Rosa. We love travelling. In fact we discovered Airbnb travelling and we decided to place our holiday home here too.
We have been renting our holiday home in the summer for some time now. It is perfect to spend the day in the garden, having a BBQ, sunbathing and relaxing. Furthermore, last year we spent all summer there and we refurbished it inside and placed a tubular swimming pool and an exterior shower outside.
We try to make our guests feel comfortable. We like to welcome them ourseves and show them how everything in the house works always er can and provide them with both before their arrival as during it.
