The space
Located at the entrance of "Earth & Sky Dwellings", "The Perch", will make it easy to take a deep breath and relax. Take in the rustic vibe of this custom-made home while catching an afternoon nap in the hanging bed or enjoy the view from the rocking chair next to the double sided fireplace. This home has one bedroom with a queen bed and access to the covered porch. The large 3 piece bathroom has a tiled shower, a traditional toilet and is wheelchair accessible.

In the kitchen, we provide caffeinated coffee, creamers for coffee, sugar, and light snacks along with cookware, flatware, utensils, cutting boards, cookware, coffee cups, etc. There is not a vent for the electric cooktop located under the cabinet (there is NO stove), so we ask that you cook lightly. There is an electric grill to cook meat, etc. Ingles, Trader Joe’s Harris Teeter, and Fresh Market grocery stores are located nearby.
