The KOESTER house is located in the centre of the fishing village of Yerseke, close to the Oosterschelde K'Oester is an artistic place with comfortably furnished rooms. Enjoy the oysters and mussels fresh from the sea, for which Yerseke is famous. The bus station, the Friday market, bakeries and the supermarket are all within walking distance. The Oosterschelde coast has tidal beaches, you can walk through the "Moer" and cycle along the dikes. Middelburg, Vlissingen, Antwerp are within 40 km.

The space
KOESTER is a wonderfully cozy comfortable holiday home with all the trimmings:) ideal for holidays in your own country or as an alternative place to work at home. Art inspired by the Oosterschelde decorates the rooms.

First floor:
Bedroom 1: a king-size bed 180x200. 2 fitted wardrobes hang and lay
Bedroom 2: twin beds 90x200. 2 fitted wardrobes hang and lay
Bedroom 3: single bed and door to the small roof terrace.
The upstairs bathroom has a toilet with large sink, mirror and storage space for toiletries. In the hallway is the closet for towels.

Ground floor:
Living room with spacious sitting area, TV and large dining table.
In the kitchen you will find a new 5 burner Smeg stove with hot air oven and hood. A breakfast table and many cabinets with beautiful colorful crockery and utensils.
There is no dishwasher.
Next to the kitchen is the bathroom with rain shower and large mirror with sink.
In the pantry is the fridge, washing machine, dryer and wardrobe. There may be 2 bikes inside. Bicycles can be rented in the vicinity.

It's an all-you-can-eat garden:)
Large shrubs and trees under which you can sit in the shade in lazy garden chairs.
Terrace with dining table and chairs.
Next to the house, in the garden, is a large shady parking place for a large car or van.
The garden is not enclosed by a fence. Behind the garden are public free parking spaces.
Koester is also for long term rent.

Where you’ll be

Yerseke, Zeeland, Netherlands

Koester is located in the centre of Yerseke. Within walking distance of fishmongers, bakers, fashion shops, Albert Heijn, butcher, and post office. Also the tourist office and the Oosterschelde Museum are within walking distance. The fishing and hunting port and oyster pits are 400 meters away. For swimming, walk in 15 minutes to the Oosterschelde beach behind the dike. By bike you can see the nature reserve De Moer and cycle along the Oosterschelde in the direction of Wemeldinge. The tour boats are in the harbor nearby and the ferry takes you to the other side in Gorishoek (high season). The bakers prepare delicious bread and you can also have breakfast there. Many fish restaurants within walking distance and of course on the port dike various oyster tastings. The beauty of the landscape on the Oosterschelde, the Zeeland and their culture makes this place a pearl.
