Newly renovated cottage, just a 2 minute walk to the historic village shops, restaurants, coffee, and more. Uber or drive to Providence in just 10 minutes, and only a 10 minute drive from T.F Green airport!

Relax with a beautiful water view of the harbor from both bedrooms, or have a cup of coffee / glass of wine on your private decks and porch.

TRAVEL CONCERNS REGARDING CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK: All of our Airbnbs are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every guest, all of our linens and towels are washed and bleached. We pride ourselves in providing clean and comfortable places to stay for our guests, if you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

This listing sleeps a maximum of 6 people, and has parking for up to 3 cars ONLY. There is no street parking. Any day time guests must leave by 10pm, total occupancy of the house must not exceed 8 people.

This listing is for the entire cottage (this includes both first and second floor listings). The house is equipped with a washer and dryer, a kitchenette with a Keurig, mini fridge and cooktop on the second floor and a full kitchen with large French door fridge, oven and stovetop, microwave, etc. on the first floor. There are 3 outdoor spaces for your private use; two large decks in the back with lounge furniture and a large front porch with a seating area. You can have up to 6 guests in the entire house with 2 queen beds, and 2 pull out queen sofas. Please inform us of all guests before your arrival so we can provide enough bed linens.

This listing sleeps a maximum of 6 people, and has parking for up to 3 cars only. There is no street parking.

Our homes are protected by Minut. Minut is the home sensor built for privacy. Guest privacy is our first priority. Minut is camera-free. This property has unobstructed waterviews of the harbor that is directly across the street from the house. Pawtuxet Village is a 2 minute walk up the street with plenty of restaurants, yoga studios, nail salons, ice cream, etc. Providence is just a 10 minute drive or easy Uber ride from the house!
