The 1884 Red Brick Cottage offers 3+ Bedrooms in a peaceful neighborhood, close to riverfront activities, casino and downtown Marquette. Spacious backyard and sideyard, house is fully furnished and includes a firepit and gas grill for evening outdoor activities.

The house comes fully furnished, including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, washer/dryer, pots & pans, dishes, cooking utensils, hair dryer, iron, gas outdoor grill, lawn chairs, fire ring with small bundle of firewood, metal sticks for roasting marshmallows/hot dogs. There are croquet, horseshoe and badminton sets available as well.

Guests will have full access to the cottage and the yard.

Boat parking in the driveway or on the street, there's room for approximately 4 vehicles in the driveway.

Peaceful neighborhood with a baseball diamond and playground two houses down. Walking trail nearby, casino and riverfront within 1/4 mile. The neighborhood is very safe and great for an evening stroll down the street.

My wife and I became the hosts of the 1884 Red Brick Cottage when the house became available for sale in 2018. We fell in love with the simple charm of this beautifully crafted home, and wanted to share the feeling you get when you walk inside that door for the first time. This home has a way of making you flash back to a much simpler time, and having your cares just melt away while you're here. We absolutely love having this home, and are grateful to have the opportunity to share it with you.
