Guest access
The entire villa is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay — all 3 bedrooms, the private terraces with sea views, the fully equipped kitchen with BBQ, and access to all village facilities including the magnificent shared infinity pool with jacuzzi, children's pool area and tennis court.
Our villa manager Miss Am is available throughout your stay to assist you with any requests, recommendations or arrangements — from boat trips to grocery shopping. She speaks both Thai and English and is your go-to person for anything you need to make your stay exceptional.
A housekeeper is available 2 to 3 hours daily upon request to keep the villa fresh and comfortable throughout your stay.

🛥️ Boat Trips & Island Hopping
The boat comes directly to the beach in front of the villa — no transfers, no hassle. Day trips to Koh Samet, Koh Kudi and Koh Talu can be arranged through Miss Am. We recommend booking at least one day in advance.

Guests have access to a large shared swimming pool enjoyed by the villas within the village — perfect for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach.
🚫 Pets
We regret that pets are not permitted at Front Samet Beach House. If you are travelling with a pet, please take a look at our Samet View villa nearby which warmly welcomes dogs. 🐕
🚗 Getting Here
Car or motorcycle rental is strongly recommended for the most comfortable experience. GPS coordinates will be shared upon booking confirmation. U-Tapao (Pattaya) Airport is approximately 1 hour away and Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport approximately 2.5 hours.
🛒 Groceries & Essentials
We recommend stopping at Makro Ban Phe on your way to the villa — conveniently located en route and perfect for stocking up the fridge and freezer before arrival. Miss Am is also happy to assist with local market recommendations.
🔇 Noise & Neighbours
This is a peaceful residential village shared with neighbouring villas. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbours, particularly after 10:00 PM.
🌿 Housekeeping
Our housekeeper visits daily (2–3 hours) to keep the villa fresh and clean throughout your stay.
