Building is a corner property with lots of light and free street parking in most areas surrounding the property. Layout as follows:

5 Bedrooms + 4.5 bathrooms! Brand new construction with designer furniture! Roof deck with exceptional views and a private, enclosed patio. Two bedrooms have beautiful attached ensuite bathrooms; and there's a personal gym onsite. Large, bright kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances; Wet bar/kitchenette on the 3rd floor; Gas fireplace to set a cozy mood; Corner property with lots of light and free street parking!


- 1st Floor: Kitchen/Dining/Living + Fireplace/Back patio
-2nd Floor: Master Bedroom#1 with King / Ensuite Full Bath/Walk-in Shower + Double Vanity
- 3rd Floor: Bedroom#2 with 2x Queen beds / Bedroom#3 Queen / Bedroom#4 Queen + Ensuite bath / Hall full bath with tub!
-Finished Basement open concept without a door: Gym/Full Bath/2nd Living Room/Bedroom#5 Full Bed + Full Pull-Out Couch with memory foam mattress+ 2 twin rolling cots in closets.
- Roofdeck - unbeatable views of the Center City skyline!

Note: The 5th bedroom is in the finished basement and technically doubles as the 2nd living room. There is no door to the basement however is still private with a full bathroom.

- Additional bedding includes 2 twin rolling cots. Comfortable, efficient, and no chance of popping or deflating! Sleeps Maximum of 16 guests!

-Traveling with kiddies? The finished basement has a Pack N Play, changing table and bassinet!

-Note: We have outside cameras for security purposes

Location is key - just a short walk to Rittenhouse Square (~10 blocks) and the Center City District! All other attractions are within a walk or 10-minute Uber drive! Plenty of great restaurants, cafes and bars within reach! Passyunk Square (voted top 10 foodie street in America) is just 10 blocks! Local transit close by with the subway 6 blocks away!

Please note, while we do enjoy hosting your pet on our property, the type allowed is at our discretion and there will be a charge of $65.00 per pet before Airbnb's taxes and fees.

*** Roofdeck: We do not allow people on the roofdeck after 9pm due to potential for neighbor disturbances. This is monitored closely and will be enforced. If we receive a neighbor complaint due to people on the roofdeck after this time, regulations require us to evict you without refund.

- There is no cable, it is fully equipped with streaming options however.
- The 5th bedroom doubles as a 2nd living room / entertainment space.
- We do not permit 16 adults.The maximum is 14 adults and 2 children.
- No parties or events permitted under any circumstance
- No pets please
- Fireplace decorative only - not operational

*Reservation check-in falling within 10 days of booking
If you do not send us an inquiry prior to booking as described above, we have the right to request cancellation due to us being uncomfortable with the reservation under Airbnb’s Instant Book Policy

1) No guests are permitted at the property without prior notice and approval; if guests are allowed, they are only permitted between the hours of 8am and 12am.
