Right on the river, where Saale & Unstrut cycle path meet, stands our bridge house. For family & friends, paddling & cycling, wine hiking & enjoyment. Here you will experience healthy recovery all year round. Our holiday home is ideal for 6 and can accommodate 8 guests. A large, fenced plot is available - with garden, barbecue, sheltered dining area, sunbathing lawn, pool. Whether you are travelling with family, children or friends: the Brückenhaus is the start & finish for your Naumburg adventure.

The space
Ferry house - Zollhaus - Brückenhaus: On three floors, the small founding villa offers active holidays in the monument. The romantic country house apartment under the roof is available for up to 4 guests. There you have the choice between two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Two additional guests stay in the apartment on the ground floor with lounge, large bathroom and bedroom with vineyard view (1 double bed). A guest bed or double sofa bed increases the number of beds to 7-8. For toddlers, we also provide a travel bed.
The large country kitchen on the ground floor accommodates all guests and modern equipment for cooking, baking, cooling and freezing, incl. Dishwasher, toaster, egg cooker, blender, filter coffee machine etc.
As our guests you use the garden plot, a protected lawn, a covered carport that protects against cold and rain, the lockable bicycle shed and - in summer - our stand-up pool. By the way, we look forward to seeing you all year round, as our region is seasonal all year round. And through the neighbouring inn and hotel "Zur Henne" you can combine the independence of a holiday home with the sought-after food and culture offer of the "Henne".

Nach dem "Jahrhundert-Hochwasser" 2013 hatten wir - und viele fleißige Handwerker aus der Region - alle Hände voll zu tun, um das alte Fähr-, Zoll- und Brückenhaus wieder flott zu bekommen. Obwohl wir keine Bauleute sind, war es nach nur einem Jahr Sanierung soweit: Aus dem "hässlichen Entlein" ist ein Schwan geworden - jung und historisch zugleich. Wir freuen uns seitdem über Gäste aus aller Welt und laden euch herzlich ein. Diese farben- und geschichtenreiche Welt-Kultur-Landschaft ist einfach liebenswert. Dieses Gefühl teilen wir gern und hoffen, es gefällt euch hier bald ebenso. Willkommen!

During your stay

You should go on holiday undisturbed - or you can contact us. We do not prepare breakfast for you, but you get it comfortably for 12 €p.p. (incl. Glass of sparkling wine) as bridge house guests in the inn to the hen, just opposite on the other side of the hall. On Sundays there is often brunch. Please don't forget to make a reservation there first. If necessary, you can also rent solid bikes there (10 €per bike/day). Since we attach great importance to environmentally friendly mobility, you can also charge your e-bikes free of charge. Just ask us about it.
