2 side-by-side designer penthouse apartments comprising 5,000 square feet (the entire top floor) of a brick-and-timber loft building with 15 foot ceilings in the heart of the vibrant West Loop neighborhood. This recently renovated 6 bedroom / 4 bath space is perfect for large groups looking for a stylish city escape surrounded by Chicago's best dining and nightlife. This is a truly unique and special space. The central location is an ideal base for everything you want to see in Chicago!

The space
Located on the top floor of a historic 1920’s building overlooking Fulton Market. Once inside, you’re greeted by a huge open living space with soaring windows, polished concrete floors, and exposed brick-and-timber details. The upscale furnishings and designer touches are sure to create an unforgettable stay.

This property is comprised of 2 side-by-side penthouse apartments separated by a small stair landing (~6 feet wide). They are the only 2 units on the top floor of the building. Included in each apartment are a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

The kitchen and living room is open and great for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need to stay in and cook a great meal. We have a 6 person dining table and a kitchen island with 4 counter stools -- plenty of room for all guests. In the living room, you’ll find comfortable furniture to lounge on and a smart TV with Roku.

Our beds have crisp linens and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and bath products. We also provide essentials like a hair dryer, clothes iron, etc. and you have full access to the in-unit washer and dryer.

This property is located on the top floor, but still receives some ambient noise from the neighborhood and other apartments in the building, which is normal for loft buildings in downtown Chicago.
