At the centre of this property you will find a large swimming pool, flanked by a wooden deck, furnished with sun-loungers, where you’ll probably spend most of your days here. The sunken bench at one end of the pool makes for an ideal vantage point for enjoying life.
Living Area
The main living area of the villa opens onto the pool deck, with the spacious open-plan area being shaded and cooled by ceiling fans and sea breezes – as well as AC.
Bedrooms
The four spacious master bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes, balconies, air conditioning, plus ceiling fans, not to mention the large en-suite bathrooms, with twin basins and walk-in rain showers.
To get the most out of the spectacular ocean views, all rooms had to open onto decks that overlook the sublime surroundings of this luxury villa.
Maid Staff
Live-in maids quarters are hidden away from view, and include a staff kitchen and laundry. This Koh Samui Villa is the perfect home away from home, in a tropical area where every vacation would be unforgettable, in absolute luxury and comfort.

While we enjoy a good party, this home is meant for relaxation. If you are looking for party vibes, there are plenty of places on the island to explore.
However, our home is a peaceful retreat, and any guests hosting a party here will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. We want to maintain the serene environment for everyone.
🎨 Full Moon Guests 🎨
If you are visiting during Full Moon, enjoy the fun! It's a legendary event here. However, please be mindful of the luminous body paint used for the parties.
It stains everything, so make sure you wash all paint off before touching towels, bedding, or any fabric in the house. Any damage from paint will need to be charged to replace the affected items.
🚬 Smoking 🚬
Feel free to smoke, but strictly outside in designated spaces. We've provided ashtrays, so please help keep the property, balcony, gardens and house cigarette-butt free.
Smoking in the house will be charged at 5,000 THB per room.
🐶 No pets allowed 🐶
We do not allow any pets at the property. If there are pets inside the property without informing the Property Manager.
There will be a extra charge of 4,000 THB for deep cleaning the property.
🚪Shoes Off Please 🚪
Please take of your shoes when entering the house. We provide house shoes that are cleaned thoroughly after each guest stay.
ℹ️ Extra linen and/or towels ℹ️
Upon check in we have 2 hand towels, 2 shower towels, 2 face towels and 2 pool towels per room. If you wish to have any extra towels or linen. It will be at additional costs.
💤 Quiet Time 💤
Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties during the hours of 11PM to 7AM. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the Airbnb rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid.
ℹ️ Security ℹ️
Any time Guests leave the Airbnb Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage in the property.
Guests must switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. It is not permitted to leave the air conditioning on when Guests are absent from the Airbnb.
ℹ️ Damages ℹ️
All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement.
** Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement.
The Owner and Manager reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Airbnb Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.
Island Life Note: As Koh Samui is a tropical island, occasional short power interruptions may occur due to weather or maintenance by the government electricity authority. These are usually resolved quickly and are part of normal island infrastructure. Such interruptions are managed by the local electricity provider and are outside the host’s control. No refunds can be issued for temporary utility interruptions (electricity, internet, water) that are outside the host’s control. We always will try our best to keep you as updated as possible.
