Nestled in the exclusive area of Cairnside, this semi-detached house offers the perfect place to enjoy beautiful views of False Bay and is less than 5 mins from the local beach and tidal pool.

One of our favourite past times is watching the water activities from the sheltered deck. Whale spotting, kite surfers jumping in the bay, sailing regattas and flocks of birds migrating along the coast. The sun rises across this side of the bay, if you're up early you'll be mesmerised by the view.

The space
The recently completed house has a modern and light feel. A large open plan area with breathtaking views includes a modern fully equipped kitchen, a lounge room with TV and a dining room. This all extends to the outside area with fold & stack doors, making the space flow out onto the sheltered deck.

One bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a fold down sofa with a futon mattress, offering additional sleeping space. There is another family bathroom with bath & shower in one.

The property has free on site parking and a private entrance, functioning completely separate to our house on the same site. There is a small private garden area with barbecue facilities.

From the barbecue area it is about a 5 minute walk down to the beach and tidal pool. You just follow the steps through our larger extended garden, cross the road and continue down to the main beach road.

You can find a wealth of activities, restaurants, supermarkets and interesting sites in this area. There is a small centre called Harbour Bay with grocery stores (Woolworths & Pick n Pay) and restaurants less than 5 minutes drive away. Dixies restaurant just down on the beach road serves a good steak, it's within walking distance of the house.

Simonstown has a beautiful harbour and historic town centre with more restaurants, curio shops, museums and a few great beaches - including the famous Boulders Beach with a large penguin colony. Kalk Bay offers fresh fish in the harbour and a great selection of trendy restaurants, art galleries and curio shops.

There is great walking/hiking in the area - you can climb Elsies Peak or go to Silver Mine and hike to Elephant's eye. Go wine tasting in nearby Constantia wine route or visit the fantastic Cape Point nature reserve. Glencairn beach has a lovely calm swimming area and a tidal pool which is great for kids.
